Softer and bouncier than the Mach 3 shoe, Mach 4 has a harmonious blend of foams merging a very soft lightweight foam on top with rubberized foam directly beneath.

The Mach 4 up-tempo trainer has been crafted with a new pull tab, revamped upper made from heat-pressed TPU embroidered yarns and a refined collar shape that alleviates pressure on the Achilles. Light, fast, and responsive, the Mach 4 is great for daily runs or speed work.

The Mach 4 shoe features a low-profile cushion bed that keeps your foot closer to the ground and utilizes a firmer material designed to provide an efficient push-off.
Stability
The Hoka Mach 4 features a symmetrical bed of cushion without additional prescriptive technologies. It’s designed to provide the support you want and nothing you don’t.
Rubberized EVA Outsole
The Men’s Mach 4 shoe features rubberized EVA foam that provides lightweight ground contact and responsive cushioning. Except for long-durability and traction, the EVA foam gives a more comfortable and snappier rebound and is great for running on urban surfaces.
New PROFLY™ “Intelligent Cushioning”
The PROFLY™ midsole is a dual-density CMEVA-based cushioning technology designed to provide both a soft, cushioned, landing and a springy, energic to-off.
Extended Heel with SwallowTail™ Construction
The SwallowTail™ construction in the heel is a decoupled heel geometry. Designed to provide a smooth impact and stable ride through each step. Provides a smoother landing through the gait cycle, whether you’re on a recovery run or picking up the pace.
Early Stage Meta-Rocker
The Early Stage Meta-Rocker midsole geometry determines the placement of the foam under the runner’s foot.
It is designed to provide a smooth transition through your stride. Additionally, the Meta-Rocker design supports runners’ natural form while promoting an efficient, smooth roll from initial impact to toe-off.
Engineered Mesh Upper
The mesh upper in the Mach 4 shoe is well-ventilated and delivers breathable comfort.
