How to use Polar FT1?
Using polar FT1 heart rate monitor is simple as can be:
- Wear the chest strap, after wetting the sensor pads (the plastic part of the strap).
- Pressing on the watch button (there is only one) activates the heart rate monitor and stopwatch.
The heart rate will be displayed in a few seconds. - In case you want to switch between the display modes during the workout, you just bring the watch close to your chest and it will automatically switch between the modes: heart rate display, stopwatch, time
- At the end of the workout, press on the button to stop monitoring your heart rate and the stopwatch.
