You choose from four target distances, 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and marathon, and then you specify the date when you’d like to run that distance. The Running Program looks at your training history, gauges your current activity level and prepares a personal running program for you in seconds.

Meet your goal faster with more intense activities or stay active at a slightly more moderate pace throughout the day.
Sport Profiles – Polar provides over a hundred different sport profiles which enable you to choose the right one for your training sessions and get sport-specific reports and feedback. All sport profiles are based on specific logic and give you the most accurate data, for example, about burned calories. Manage your sport profiles in the Flow web service.
