Why do you need to lubricate a treadmill:

• Proper belt lubrication will help keep your treadmill in optimum condition and reduce needed repairs over time.
• The treadmill needs lubrication to stop the motor from overworking and to keep the belt running smoothly.  So, if you have noticed that your belt is sluggish, getting warmer than usual, or smelly, then it’s time to think about a bit of maintenance to keep everything running nicely.

1. Lift the treadmill belt on one side.
2. Apply 0.5 oz of the lubricant (1/8 of the bottle) to the underside of the belt.
3. Repeat on the other side.
